سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال
- We take great care to pack the items so that they will arrive safely. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with any item due to damages or defects, please inform our courier (Aramex) upon delivery and the defected item will be replaced with a new one.
- Defective items are only eligible for return at the time you receive your package and inspect it.
- Purchased items can be returned within a period of 14 days in case of non-faulted items.
- To return your product, you should email us or call us to be able to inform our courier (Aramex) to come pick up the returned items and deliver it to our warehouse in Cairo, Egypt.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive credit for a returned item, the cost of returning/shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.
- Items eligible for return must be in their original state, any alteration in the items received will result in a rejection of your request for return/refund.
- Once wall mounted or assembled, items cannot be returned.
- Your receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
